Return Policy
I hate dealing with companies that overcomplicate their return policy or make it difficult to get your money back when you aren't satisfied with your purchase.
If you don't love your RUZI products as much as I do, contact me directly at hello@jakeruzi.com and I will make it right by offering a full refund, exchange, or replacement. All I ask if that you tell me why so I can work on improving my products.
All products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 45 days of purchase, even if you've used them. (because how would you know if you don't like it if you don't use it?)
My products are assembled by hand in my humble basement workshop. There may be slight variations in cuts, prints, and appearance. If you notice something I can do better on, please reach out and let me know.
