Focus Daily has become a simple but powerful part of my routine. I love that it’s an analog daily task list that forces clarity instead of overwhelm. The structure helps me intentionally choose my two or three true priorities for the day, rather than reacting to an endless list of tasks. Writing things down by hand makes me more present and committed, and by the end of the day I actually feel focused instead of scattered. It’s practical, thoughtful, and genuinely helps me work with purpose.
Ordered plenty so I can have scattered around the house so I'm not at a loss to being ready to write/record what I need too.
I like being analog in a digital world. Keep a pack in the office and on my table near my so I'm ready when its needed and not have to go looking for the Focus pad and ready to write/update my list.
While these are dailys I don’t use them every day! I love to pair these with the Weekly. If one day is particularly busy these help me prioritize my day even more. The little symbols that Ruzi Tools suggests are extremely helpful!
I absolutely love using the Weekly during my work week! It is such a refreshing start to my week. Before using them I had a to do list that I would try to check off but it was difficult to prioritize what do to do first. The weekly has made me much more productive! I start them on Mondays and look through my emails and calendars and write down what I have to do. On the particularly busy days I like to pair it with the daily notes! Such a game changer!
I tried the two-sided dotted cards and the one-side "Today's Priorities" card/one-side dotted card. I loved the thickness of the one-to-one card, along with the number of spaces available to write down info on the "Everything Else" section. The two-sided dotted cards were a little thin for me, but still very good for regular desk use (as opposed to the other cards, which I feel comfortable carrying around to other parts of the office space). Overall, very good cards!
I love the paper quality. It works great with my fountain pens. I can’t find good quality dot grid note cards anywhere so these are great
Love this system ! I use the Daily cards every day at work and always end up feeling accomplished at the end of my day! The flex dot is super helpful for making my notes exactly how I want. I also love the paper quality! It feels so official and “grown up!” This feels like adulting-made-easier!
So helpful for my daily and weekly stuff. Always is on my desk. I use it all the time. It really helps me with getting all my stuff done. Writing everything down also helps me remember what I need to do.
