Shipping is handled by a one person team in Denver, Colorado and typically gets processed in 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs are based on weight and size. For international orders (outside the USA), we do not prepay custom fees or import taxes so you may be responsible for these upon arrival of your package.
For returns, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your RUZI purchases. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items returned used or not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
